Distilled in 1994 and bottled in 2023, only 692 bottles were released globally, offering a rare opportunity to experience the distillery’s signature sherried style at its most refined.

A deep walnut brown in colour, this non-chill filtered whisky is bottled at a robust 55.5% ABV. Balanced yet intense, it captures the distillery’s hallmark style in a single cask expression that rivals even the most prestigious names in Scotch.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Raisins, cinnamon, crème caramel, aged fruitcake, gingerbread, and rancio.
Palate: Muscatels, walnuts, orange peel, dark chocolate, caramel, and rich sherry influence, with spiced undertones of clove and cinnamon.
Finish: Long, warming and sherried with lingering dried fruits and festive spice.
