At The Whisky Station, we comply with the Responsible Service of Alcohol and all applicable liquor licensing laws in Australia. As a result, we are unable to deliver to certain restricted or dry-zone postcodes.
If your address is in one of the restricted areas listed below, we will not be able to fulfil your order. This policy is based on legal requirements and is not intended to discriminate against any individual or community.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $199.
Signature on Delivery
All orders require a signature on delivery. If no one is available, the courier may leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order. The Whisky Station is not responsible for parcels lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Alcohol-Restricted Areas
We do not ship to dry zones or alcohol-restricted areas. If an order is placed for one of these locations, it will be placed on hold and we will contact you by email.
