A testament to The Dalmore's dedication to craftsmanship, this vintage 2008 expression is the result of meticulous cask selection from the distillery’s historic Highland warehouses. Only the finest casks filled in 2008 were chosen to create this exceptional single malt.

The whisky began its maturation journey in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, developing a rich foundation of vanilla and soft spice. It was then transferred to a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Matusalem sherry casks, imparting layers of complexity and indulgent sweetness. Once fully matured, the casks were expertly married to reveal a harmonious and refined expression.

Nose: Milk chocolate, caramel, mandarin orange, and a touch of cracked black pepper.
Palate: Manuka honey, sweet cacao, poached apples, and golden sultanas.
