Dalmore 21 Year Old 2023 Edition is a luxurious Highland single malt matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and finished in rare first-fill Matusalem Oloroso sherry butts from González Byass in Jerez, Spain. These exceptional casks, which previously held 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso, add remarkable depth, richness, and refinement to the whisky. Elegant and full-bodied, this 2023 release delivers the signature Dalmore style with layers of dark chocolate, orange, coffee, marzipan, roasted nuts, and lingering sherried spice.
