This Strathmill 27 Year Old was distilled in 1991, matured in a bourbon hogshead, and bottled in March 2019 at 51.2% ABV. A long-aged Speyside single malt, it delivers rich fruit, sweet spice, and layered cask strength character.

Expect notes of chocolate brownie, almonds, coconut, pistachio, dates, strawberries, green apple skin, salted caramel, toffee apple, pineapple syrup, lemon drizzle cake, rhubarb, star anise, cinnamon, ginger, and lemongrass. A vibrant and complex whisky with both sweetness and spice.
