Tasting Notes
Nose:
Rich and aromatic, with dried raisins, cranberries and orange peel alongside vanilla, honey and gingerbread spice. Polished oak and toasted nuts develop with time in the glass.
Palate:
Full-bodied and smooth, revealing dark chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, red apples and fruit cake. Oloroso sherry contributes dried-fruit depth and nutty richness, balanced by butterscotch, cinnamon and gentle oak spice.
Finish:
Long, warming and slightly drying, with lingering cinnamon, nutmeg, dark berries, cocoa and mature oak.
