Crafted with innovation and tradition, Loch Lomond Steam & Fire is a distinctive single malt finished in heavily charred American oak casks, unlocking layers of melted brown sugar, roasted marshmallow, and a rich, buttery mouthfeel. This whisky is matured in three types of American oak before receiving a 10-month finish in specially fired casks from the distillery’s own award-winning cooperage.

As part of Loch Lomond’s Remarkable Makers Series, this release celebrates the artistry of both whisky-making and fire-cooked cuisine through a creative partnership with renowned open-fire chef Genevieve Taylor.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet toffee, ripe apple, vanilla fudge, and warming cinnamon
Palate: Silky and layered with notes of orange, peach, marmalade, coffee, melted brown sugar, and roasted marshmallow
Finish: Medium to long, dry with lingering dark chocolate and a hint of soft smoke
