Kilchoman 8 Year Old Sauternes Single Cask Finish is an Australia-exclusive Islay single malt, bottled from a single cask at a natural 56.3% ABV. Distilled on 18 December 2014, it was matured for over 6.5 years in bourbon casks before spending a further 1.5 years in a fresh Sauternes hogshead, then bottled on 6 March 2023. This limited Kilchoman release brings together coastal peat smoke, creamy vanilla, honeyed sweetness, stone fruit, and warming oak spice, making it a distinctive choice for fans of peated whisky with dessert-wine richness.
