Highland Park Cask Strength Release No. 3 is a bold and intensely flavoured Island single malt Scotch whisky bottled straight from the cask at 64.1% ABV. Made with a mix of sherry seasoned American and European oak casks plus refill casks, it delivers Highland Park’s signature balance of sweetness, spice, and peat smoke.

This release features a higher proportion of Orkney peated malt, giving it a richer and smokier character.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Sherry, chocolate raisins, spice, and cigar smoke.
Palate: Charred oak, honey-glazed lemon, aniseed, mango, heather honey, vanilla cream, and peat smoke.
Finish: Long, smoky, and spicy.
