A first for Glengoyne, White Oak is matured exclusively in First Fill Bourbon and Virgin Oak casks sourced from North America. Lightly charred for less than a minute, these casks let the elegant Glengoyne spirit shine—bright, clean, and wonderfully unburdened.

Inspired by the winter geese that migrate from Glengoyne’s glen to America, this release celebrates Quercus Alba (American Oak) and brings a vibrant, citrus-led style to the distillery’s core range.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Vibrant oak, bright citrus, unripe banana, and a gentle floral lift (a hint of violets).
Palate: Soft and playful—crème brûlée, fruit gums, and sweet pineapple.
Finish: Long and smooth at 48% ABV, finishing with toffee apple sweetness.
