Glenfiddich 40 Year Old “Cumulative Time” is an exceptionally rare Speyside single malt, reflecting more than four decades of patient maturation and generations of whisky-making expertise.
This remarkable expression is created using Glenfiddich’s remnant vatting process, in which a portion of each previous batch is carried forward and married with the next. This continuous process adds remarkable depth, complexity and a connection between generations of Glenfiddich 40 Year Old releases.
Deep mahogany in colour, the whisky opens with aromas of polished oak, antique leather, dried fruit, dark toffee and elegant spice. The palate is rich and luxuriously textured, revealing fruitcake, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and warming cinnamon. An exceptionally long and layered finish completes this refined and collectable whisky.
