G&M Connoisseurs Choice Aberfeldy 2009 55.4% 700ml

Part of the renowned Gordon & MacPhail Connoisseurs Choice range, this Aberfeldy 2009 is a single cask Highland malt matured in a refill sherry hogshead and bottled in 2024 at cask strength. Distilled in 2009 and aged for 14 years, this limited release produced just 267 bottles.

Presented non-chill filtered and with no colour added, it offers a rich and elegant profile with layers of fruit cake, orange marmalade, red fruits, toasted oak, chocolate, and spice.

Tasting Notes 
Nose: Lightly spiced fruit cake, orange peel, roast hazelnut, red apple, oak, and a hint of chocolate.
Palate: Smooth and sweet, with orange marmalade, stewed red fruits, warming spice, and toasted oak.
Finish: Lingering spice, milk chocolate, and garden mint.
