Fuji 2022 Masterpiece – Single Blended Japanese Whisky (700ml, 50% ABV)
An extremely limited single blended Japanese whisky from Fuji Gotemba Distillery, crafted under Master Blender Jota Tanaka. Made using four still types, combining malt + grain whiskies distilled and matured on-site, including components up to 30 years old (average age 15+). A small touch of peat adds depth, and Mt. Fuji snowmelt water brings clarity and softness. Only ~1,000 bottles worldwide, with very limited Australian allocation.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: caramel, treacle, lemon, apple, vanilla, raisin, oak, hint of wine-cask richness

• Palate: silky—honey, vanilla, citrus zest, dried fruits, gentle red-wine influence

• Finish: long and refined—oaky tannin, crème brûlée sweetness, black cherry, yellow peach, strawberry
