A rare small-batch Highland single malt from one of Scotland’s smallest distilleries. Distilled 2003 and bottled 2024, aged 21 years in 100% first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. Natural colour and non-chill filtered, bottled at natural cask strength (54.3%).

Unlike Edradour’s usual sherry style, this is cleaner and more fruit-forward—orchard fruit and floral spirit layered with bourbon-cask vanilla, honey and gentle spice.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: orchard fruits, honey, vanilla, citrus zest, toasted oak, light spice

  • Palate: caramel, apple, pear, tropical fruit, warming bourbon spice

  • Finish: long—lingering sweetness, soft oak tannin, touch of dried fruit
