A handcrafted Highland single malt from Deanston, housed in a former 18th-century cotton mill and known for its hands-on, no-automation approach. Bottled at 46.3% ABV, it’s natural colour and non-chill filtered.

First matured in ex-bourbon hogsheads, then finished in first-fill bourbon casks, bringing extra richness to Deanston’s naturally malty spirit.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: honey biscuits, honeydew melon, light earthy minerality

• Palate: citrus peel, ginger, honey tea, oily texture, gentle malt depth

• Finish: clean and balanced—soft sweetness with lingering spice
