This 12-year-old Caol Ila is part of Cadenhead’s 2021 Original Collection, bottled at 46% ABV. Matured in ex-bourbon casks, it offers a balanced Islay style with gentle peat smoke, fruity sweetness, and a savoury finish.

Expect notes of candle smoke, peppermint, toasted marshmallow, stewed apple, vanilla yoghurt, kiwi fruit, burning coals, honey ham, and salted caramel. A well-rounded peated whisky with both freshness and depth.
