Matured exclusively in ex-sherry casks within the distillery’s seaside warehouses, it offers a deep, complex character shaped by decades of gentle ageing.

This inaugural batch release is bottled at 46.3% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, preserving its full-bodied richness and natural hue.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Inviting aromas of butterscotch, beeswax, and sweet sherry.
Palate: Creamy notes of strawberries and cream evolve into layers of honey nut cereal and rich toffee.
Finish: Long and elegant, with stewed berries and ginger giving way to a lingering medley of spiced oak and salted caramel.
