The 2025 edition of Bunnahabhain 21 Year Old Cask Strength is a rich meeting point between Jerez sherry influence and the quiet elegance of Islay. Matured for 21 years, the whisky began its journey in oloroso sherry casks before receiving an extended 21-month finish in carefully selected Pedro Ximénez casks.

This long PX finish adds a luxurious depth, layering the whisky with dark sweetness, warming spice, and dense dried-fruit character, while Bunnahabhain’s signature unpeated spirit keeps the profile refined, balanced, and deeply expressive. Bottled at a natural 53.1% ABV, this is a full-bodied and indulgent sherried single malt with both richness and poise.
