While Octomore 16.1 focuses on ex-American whiskey casks, 16.2 charts a richer, darker course. Matured in a combination of first-fill and second-fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, alongside ex-American oak, it delivers a deeply layered profile of smoke, dried fruit and sweet spice.
