Crafted in complete secrecy by Head Distiller Adam Hannett, this 24-year-old single malt was distilled before the distillery's renaissance in 2001. Matured in undisclosed cask types for over two decades, the final recipe remains known only to Adam himself—making each sip a journey into the unknown.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Opens with dried fruits, soft leather, and a hint of citrus, unfolding into sweet floral notes—poached pear, rose hip syrup, black cherry, and mango. As it evolves, layers of cedarwood, mellow oak, butterscotch, praline, honey, and a touch of cinnamon emerge, balanced by warming oats and fragrant pear drops.

Palate: Rich and complex, showcasing dried fruits, dates, raisins, barley sugar, leather, and oak. Butterscotch and praline bring sweetness, complemented by coconut, fresh citrus, apple, and pear. Toasted oak, wood spice, dark plums, and marzipan reveal themselves with every sip.

Finish: Long and luxurious. Oak and dried fruits dominate, followed by festive notes of sultanas, fig, marzipan, and lingering honey for a beautifully rounded conclusion.
