Initially matured in American oak ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in Pinot Noir barriques, this 19-year-old expression develops layers of ripe fruit, honeyed sweetness, citrus and soft oak while retaining Bowmore’s distinctive coastal character.
Bottled at 43% ABV, the whisky offers a beautifully balanced profile of fresh orchard fruit, creamy brioche, dried fruit and delicate smoke. Originally released as a travel retail exclusive, it is a distinctive mature Bowmore with an elegant wine-cask influence.
Tasting Notes

Nose: Pistachio, Seville orange, lemon zest and Manuka honey.
Palate: Crisp green apple, honey and creamy brioche, accompanied by gentle sweetness and subtle fruit from the Pinot Noir casks.
