A bold, dessert-wine-finished Ardnamurchan made from 100% peated spirit. It’s matured in two stages: 3 years in 29 ex-bourbon casks, then 3.5 years in Sauternes barriques, layering honeyed tropical sweetness over vibrant peat smoke.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Lime leaf, lemon balm, shortbread, coconut, pineapple cake, stem ginger, light tobacco

  • Palate: Nutmeg, dried ginger, orange blossom, manuka honey, lemon meringue, salted cashews, citrus zest

  • Finish: Bright, peppery warmth with earthy peat smoke and a hint of hickory.
