A lively Highland single malt with a coastal edge—bright fruit, gentle sweetness, and a soft, restrained smoke. Built from a distinctive cask mix: 50% ex-bourbon, 48% port barriques, 2% sherry casks, using 75% unpeated / 25% peated spirit for balance.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Torched pineapple, salted prunes, strawberry jam, almond oil, coconut, spearmint, a savoury coastal note

• Palate: Pear, wildflowers, lemon thyme, sultanas, cocoa, pink peppercorn, subtle ember-like smoke

• Finish: Light, buoyant smoke with a sweet-salty lift (redcurrant), drying and elegant
