Ardnamurchan AD / Madeira Cask Release 2025 (700ml, 52% ABV)

A bold, natural Ardnamurchan finished in Madeira wine casks. Made from 43% peated / 57% unpeated spirit, it starts in bourbon barrels for vanilla-caramel depth, then gains dark fruit, cocoa and warming spice from the Madeira finish. Non-chill-filtered and no added colour.

• Nose: Cocoa, candied almonds, custard, sweet spices, stewed stone fruits, fruit buns

• Palate: Cedar, cinnamon, salted peanuts, chocolate nuts, raisins, toffee apples, piney peat

• Finish: Earthy smoke, woody spice, dried berries, dark chocolate
