Colonel E.H. Taylor Single Barrel Straight Kentucky Bourbon Whisky pays tribute to Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr., a founding figure in the bourbon industry whose influence helped shape American whisky production.

Taylor’s dedication to distilling began after the Civil War, when he purchased the O.F.C. Distillery and introduced innovative production techniques that continue to influence bourbon making today.

Barrels resting in the heart of these warehouses are regularly evaluated, with individual barrels selected for their rich and complex flavour profiles. Each barrel is hand-picked and bottled in bond at 100 proof.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Creamy vanilla, oatmeal, corn and fresh summer flowers.

Palate: Vanilla, raisins, brown sugar, butterscotch, rye spice, dried oak and leather.

Finish: Long, with oak, rye spice and white pepper.
