Distilled in Yilan, this 15-year-old single malt is matured using a combination of four cask types: ex-Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry, Ruby Port and puncheon casks. Each cask contributes a distinct layer of flavour, creating a whisky with exceptional richness, balance and complexity.
The nose opens with layers of caramel, toffee and roasted walnut, followed by dark dried fruits, ripe plum and a bright touch of tangerine. On the palate, rich dark chocolate and raisin are joined by candied citrus, woody spice and warming cinnamon, delivering a full and generous texture.
The finish is long, elegant and gently drying, with lingering fruit, oak and spice.
