At the heart of Signet lies a blend of Glenmorangie’s oldest whisky—some distilled over 30 years ago, back when the distillery still malted its own barley on-site. This exceptional spirit has matured in a selection of the world’s most prized casks, creating a deep and complex profile inspired by the simple pleasure of a rich, aromatic coffee.

What truly sets Signet apart is its unique use of single estate Cadboll barley combined with chocolate malted barley, more commonly found in craft brewing. Distilled twice in Scotland’s tallest copper pot stills by the legendary Sixteen Men of Tain, and matured in bespoke American virgin oak casks, this whisky is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV for exceptional body and purity.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Chocolate-covered raisins, toasted spices, sugared orange peels, warm bread-and-butter pudding, and golden syrup.

• Palate: A spiralling explosion of flavour with sizzling cinnamon, bitter mocha, and rich chocolate orange, softened by sweet butterscotch, zesty lime, lychee, and dates.
